What is included in social media management?
Everything needed to run your pages professionally: a monthly content plan, designed posts, reels and stories, captions and hashtags, publishing on schedule, replying to comments and messages, and a monthly performance report. Which platforms do you manage?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, plus Google Business Profile. We recommend the platforms where your customers actually spend their time, rather than being everywhere at once.
How soon will I see results?
Paid ads can start bringing enquiries within the first few weeks once campaigns are tested and optimised. Organic growth — followers, reach and trust — builds steadily over two to three months of consistent posting. We share progress in every monthly report.
Is the ad budget included in your packages?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta, TikTok or Google from your own account, so you always see exactly what is spent. Our fee covers strategy, content and managing the campaigns.
Who owns the pages, ad accounts and content?
You do. Your pages, ad accounts and the content we create for you belong to your business. We work with access you grant us, and you can see everything at any time.
Do you create the content, or do we?
We do. Our team plans, designs, writes and edits everything, and you approve it before it goes live. If you have photos or videos of your own, we use them too — and we can arrange professional shoots.
